Halloween

The boys thoroughly enjoyed their trick-or-treat experience in GrandMa and Pop's neighborhood.  They caught on to the concept right away and made out very well with candy.  Charlie was a fireman and Cal was a puppy dog.  We all had a ball!

Charlie's 3rd Birthday - All aboard!

The Saturday after Charlie's birthday, we celebrated with friends and family on an actual choo-choo train.  We went for a private ride from Ringoes to Flemington and enjoyed cake in between.  Thanks to all who helped make this day so special!

Charlie's 3rd Birthday - at home

It's hard to believe Charlie is 3 already.  This year, his birthday was on a Tuesday.  He celebrated with his classmates at school then back home with Mom, Dad, Cal and Cary.  He loved Mom's homemade cup cakes!













 

Ryan Baptism

October 12 was a lovely day for Ryan's baptism.  Ryan was an angel during the whole event.  Our boys were at Katie's house napping but joined in the fun for the after party.

Welcome

So, I'm trying to find the best way to keep friends and family up to date with our family.  I have some friends who seem to have success with blogging...so here goes.  In lieu of posting on shutterfly, I'm going to post pics of the summer up until today.  Let's see how this goes...

Playing in the backyard - August

4H Fair - Aug 22

Kevin can hardly believe we attended a 4H Fair.  But, hey, that's fun here in rural NJ.  And actually we all had a great time especially in the petting zoo.  There was a pig, a chicken and some bunnies...just to name a few.  Charlie even got to test out a stock car.  He really enjoyed that since cars are just about his favorite thing in the world.

July 4 in King of Prussia

Cannon Run in King of Prussia may offer the finest 4th of July parade in all of the US of A.  Many a bicycle, stroller and battery operated car were decorated in red, white and blue.  And the fire engines and ambulances entertained all (well, most...I think they scared little Giselle).

July 2 - Day at the Beach

Charlie, Cal and Mommy joined Mimi, Aunt Lisa and cousins Ty and Molly for a day (well..ok...a morning) at the beach.  We went to Lewes which is technically on the Delaware Bay just before it empties into the Atlantic.  It's very calm and makes for a terrific place for little ones.
